The Special 90-Minute Walk-Through For Our Test Drive Programs…

Both Test Drive programs include a very important special walk-through of CP Manager. This is where we will show you key attributes to CP Manager so you can maneuver through it more effectively, along with showing you key inherent and consistent features of CP Manager.

The walk-through is more about teaching you the “character” of CP Manager. Once you understand this, digging into CP Manager will be a whole lot easier allowing you to maximize your time test driving it.

The other thing we do with the walk-through for the Test Drive program is we want someone in your agency to do the driving meaning the selected person will click the buttons and enter the data in CP Manager while we just simply navigate your way through CP Manager. This way you start getting a feel for how CP Manager operates.

Plus, you’re in control. If you want to check something out you click on it. Doing walk-through’s this way is a lot more exciting and informative for the agency.

When You And Your Staff Test Drive CP Manager You Will All See For Yourself How Much More Efficient CP Manager Is, How Easy and Intuitive It Is And How Your Staff Will Be Able To Increase Their Productivity So Easily.

Following we'll discuss each of the Test Drive program... the 1-Week and 30-Day Test Drive Programs.

Details Of The 1-Week Test Drive Program

The 1-week Test Drive start on Monday of each week and runs for one week. The system shuts down Sunday night at midnight PST.

When you sign up for the Test Drive you will select which Monday of the month you want to start your week long test drive of CP Manager.

The 1-week Test Drive is ran from what we call our “staging” server where we do all of our testing. This also means you may be testing features not currently at our “live” server. It also means you may run across some bugs. If you do run across any bugs please report them to us. Like I said, this is our testing server.

We will setup a user for you with almost full security so you can test and do most everything you want to do. Because you’ll be sharing the Demo Agency with other agencies who are also taking advantage of test driving CP Manager we have to turn off a few items in the security so you won’t be able to do 100% of everything, but what you can’t do is really just focused around the staff records.

We do this because we want you to enter your email credentials into your staff record so you can test the incredible email functionality and features of CP Manager, but we want to make sure nobody else can access your staff record and your email account.

For this Test Drive program we require you to create a new “clean” email account. This could be a Gmail account or test account under your domain just for testing purposes.

We charge $67 to test drive CP Manager for 1 week. Why the charge?

Because it takes a lot of company resources to manage and implement the test drive program along with a commitment of time from each of the account managers so we want to make sure it's agencies who are seriously looking to move to a more efficient system who are doing the test drive. Then, if you purchase CPM within 30 days after the test drive, we'll apply the $67 to the purchase of CP Manager.

From my years in this business I know it’s going to get asked so let me address this right up front. Please, don’t ask us to waive the $67 dollar charge for the Test Drive. Here’s the simple fact after 30 years in this industry of helping agencies review and make a decision on an agency management system… Agencies who are serious about moving to a more efficient and better system for their agency have no problems paying the fee.

In fact, they greatly appreciate that there’s even the opportunity to test drive a system before purchasing it. It’s only the tire kickers who don’t like it with comments like, “I really need to see it first to decide if I want to consider the system”, or something along these lines.

That’s what a Walk-Through is for. Details Of The 30-Day Test Drive Program

Our 30-day Test Drive program is a whole different ball game from the 7-day/1-week Test Drive program. With the 30-day Test Drive program we are actually setting you up in your very own individualized agency at our Live Server as if you were purchasing CP Manager.

Now, this doesn’t mean we’re going to do everything for you we would a new client so please don’t compare this to becoming a new client. Instead, we’re just giving you full access to CP Manager for 30-days in your own agency. That means if you purchase CP Manager you'll just continue accessing the agency we setup for you for the 30-day test drive.

By doing it this way you’ll be able to add staff records, edit them, delete them, manage them all of which you can’t do in the 7-day test drive. You’ll also be able to personalize the setup to your agency and even print ACORD Forms with your agencies name and address on them.

By default we’ll set you up so you can have 10 users in the system. If you need more than this be sure to indicate that on the sign up Agreement form.

You can setup an agency letterhead and print letters on it.

You can do everything a live customer can do.

And you’ll have access to CP Manager for 30 full days. Just tell us the day you want to start and we’ll setup your CP Manager system and your first user (staff record) with full security.

Along with all of this we’ll schedule a special 90-minute walk-through just like we do for the 1-week test drive (you can read about it above under the general information about our Test Drive program). You absolutely want to make sure you get this scheduled.
