The CP Manager Agency Management System Has Been Released And Is Now Available For Purchase.
Post Falls, ID, August 14, 2018 – Not new to this industry, Insurance Automation Consultant Bradley Chesnut of ‘Insurance Automation And Marketing Consultants, LLC’ has designed and has now released a new agency management system. Mr. Chesnut says the system is 25 years in the making as a point to show how many years he’s been working with management systems, agency automation and helping agencies to become more efficient through the usage of automation and supported by effective productivity strategies and proper workflows.
The new system will be named CP Manager because this system’s primary focus is on Client and Policy management, and is for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines agencies. “Even though it offers powerful features for producers, for agency accounting and owners, after working with agencies for over 25 years it’s well known that the CSR is the backbone to the agency,” Mr. Chesnut says.
For the past few months secretly and by invitation they’ve been allowing a handful of agencies to jump in and give CP Manager a real workout. If introducing new features new to this industry wasn’t enough, CP Manager has also overhauled standard features inherent in the agency management system so they are more integrated and more efficient. These are features like Notes, Follow Ups, Attachments and Correspondence. As an example, we know a CSR is going to add a note when creating an endorsement so we gave the ability to add a note right from the endorsement which also carries into the note the endorsement summary and it ties that endorsement form to the note. By linking the endorsement to the note when you pull up an endorsement note in CP Manager you can also jump right to that endorsement form to review it or update it. This tight integration is like this throughout the system with many of the features.
