AAT and CP Manager Is IVAN’s Certified For Downloading!

September 28, 2018 – Post Falls, ID. Agency AutomationTEAM, Inc and CP Manager are now IVAN’s certified for downloading for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.

It’s a vigorous process to become certified. We had confirm we could receive the AL3 files and that we could map it properly in our system. These two tasks were easy, but then we had to run every kind of transaction for each line of business through CP Manager. Ten transactions for 12 Lines Of Businesses means we had to run 120 policy transactions through our system per carrier!

For each it was a process of reviewing the AL3 file and making sure it mapped properly in our system. This means the  coverages map to the right place, drivers and vehicles pulled in and were attached to the policy, AI’s were pulled in and linked up properly, and on and on.

It was a grueling job, but well worth the long hours that were put in every day to get to this point.

As of today we are now certified with IVAN’s for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines downloading!

Now it’s up to our clients. From this point forward it’s just a process of having you, our client, contact your carriers and letting them know you’d like them to download to CP Manager by Agency AutomationTEAM. Because we have newly been added as an IVANS certified system we likely are not on the list of certified systems the carriers maintain. Just have them contact IVANS to confirm we’re certified.

If the vendor is already on our download list the downloads will start pretty quickly. If not it could take up to 30 days before the downloads will start. This is because they need to contact IVAN’s and confirm our being certified, and they have the right to request that we test some of their data. If they request us to test some of their AL3 files we’ll jump on it very quickly once they provide us with the AL3 files.
