Re-Engineered Client Management –

- T-History showing all items added to a client record with hyperlinks to those items. T-History at the policy is policy specific only showing items for that specific policy.
- The Map and Driving directions both use Google Maps... use on your smartphone for directions to a client or prospects home or office.
- Tabbed area at the bottom of the screen to put key information at your fingertips... Policies, Drivers, Vehicles, AI's, Premises/Locations and ANI.
- The last tab is "Link To" where you can link another Client Detail Record to this record to quickly jump to it.
- With Drivers, Vehicles and Premises/Locations we show you if they are part of a policy, which policy and then provide a link to the policy and to the ACORD form both right from the client record.

Client Ledger –

Agency Accounting –

- On the policy we broke out how you're paid by the carrier (New or Renewal) from how you pay your producers (New or Renewal). The agency can receive New commissions from the carrier and pay producers as a Renewal for Renewal Re-Writes (just giving you the option, you do what supports your agency business model).
- No more time consuming Producer Plan Codes for every type policy producers sell that are hard to stay on top of. In CPM Producer Plan Codes are for the "exception" to their Default Commission Percentages. Huge time saver.

- Exclusive bridge we call External Accounting (EA) between our Full Sub-ledger Account options and your 3rd party accounting system like Quickbooks... it greatly simplifies working with a 3rd party accounting system which gives you the best of both worlds. (The only thing we don't currently offer in CP Manager is Bank Accounts and the GL.)

Policy Reports (CP Manager’s Loaded With Reports) –
